Burke 201N Delux hard seat Bosun's chairs and Burke 202N Standard hard seat bosun's chairs with red outer fabric and black webbing sold nationally after June 2007 that do not display either a production batch number or inspection label.

Bosun Chairs manufactured between July and August 2007 may be fitted with a defective stainless steel lifting ring that if used could split or break causing injury or death
Due to the potential danger to users and uncertainty on when these products may have been purchased this product recall applies to all Burke Bosun Chairs sold after June 2007 that do not display either a production batch number or inspection label.
