Models WS1500 and WS1000. Web Strap Ratchet Lever Pullers are used by power utilities and powerline construction and maintenance companies throughout Australia and are used for the tensioning of conductors on power lines during construction or maintenance.

What are the defects?

It is possible that grease may have inadvertently been applied to the braking mechanism and this could cause slippage whilst under tension.
