Email alerts

You can subscribe to email alerts on any of our recall categories. Alerts for new and updated content are sent out overnight.

If you want to be notified of new recalls sooner than overnight you might prefer to use our RSS service which will notify you within an hour of the recall being posted.

How to subscribe and unsubscribe

To subscribe:

• Enter your email address in the box.
• Check the box beside any category that interests you, (to uncheck a box click it again).
• Click the "Subscribe" button.
• Verify your subscription by following the instructions the system will email you.

To unsubscribe, open an email alert and scroll down to the unsubscribe link. Click on the link to delete your subscription.
