Product description

The Dash stroller is a 3 wheel stroller with black powder-coated steel frame and a fabric seat, basket and hood. The Dash is a discontinued product with the last one being imported into Australia in August 2010.

Identifying features

All Dash strollers affected (i.e. serial numbers CD0108/0014/00001 through to GK0910/0551/00300)
The handle strap will be marked, "Model SPD" or there will be a label stating, "Model Dv2".

What are the hazards?

The user's finger may become caught in the stroller hinge while unfolding it, resulting in crushing and/or laceration injuries.

What are the defects?

The hinge poses a finger entrapment hazard.
